Frequently Asked Questions

  1. When are my Skytop Farm annual assessments due? They are due in full within 30 days of billing. The bill is usually mailed by the end of January each year. 
  2. Who is the Skytop preferred garbage and recycling collector? In order to cut down on traffic as well as the load impact to our private roads, we recommend you use Maybin’s Garbage Service for your garbage removal.  Skytop Farm pick up is early every Wednesday morning. Let them know you are part of Skytop Farm when you call.
  3. Can I reserve the Skytop pool for a party? No, the clubhouse can be reserved, but not the pool. Check the Clubhouse and Pool menu items above for more information. 
  4. Who handles the Skytop gate operations and codes? Our community gate is managed by Board President, Todd Trace. When your name is accessed from the call box, your phone will ring. To open the gate, press the 9 button on your phone and listen for the words “Access Granted” (which indicates the gate is opening). You have 30 seconds to hold a conversation and press the 9 button on your phone before being automatically disconnected from the call box. Click HERE for gate issues or to have your information added to the call box.  
  5. Do I need approval from SARC before landscaping? Yes, please check the SARC menu item for the specific guidelines and the change request form.
  6. Do I need approval to put a swing set in my back yard? Yes, please check the SARC menu item for the specific guidelines and the change request form.
