The Skytop Farm Clubhouse is intended for the use and enjoyment of property owners who are in good standing with the association/current with their HOA dues.
Private parties or events must be approved in advance by the Skytop Farm Board of Directors. Click the Clubhouse Reservation Form to request a reservation.
FEES: A non-refundable fee of $75 and refundable $250 deposit must be presented prior to the approved event date and attached to the Clubhouse Usage Agreement.

- No Smoking in or on the premises of the Skytop Farm Clubhouse.
- No illegal activities (including; gambling, use of illegal drugs, drinking of alcoholic beverages by minors, serving alcohol to minors) is permitted.
- No wet clothing allowed inside the clubhouse at any time. Proper attire must be worn at all times.
- Owners or guests under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by an adult, twenty-one (21) years or older.
- No decorations or signs of any kind may be pinned, nailed or affixed in any way to the walls in on or staked around the premises of the clubhouse, other than Skytop Farm Clubhouse address sign(s) without written approval from the Board.
- No skateboarding or roller skating of any kind is allowed on or around the parking lot, deck or premises of the Clubhouse facility.
- The decibel noise level shall not exceed 55dbl at the property line of the Clubhouse at any time.
- Loud music or noise that interferes with the general public use and enjoyment of the Clubhouse is prohibited.
- No eating or drinking is allowed inside the Clubhouse without the express written consent of the Board.
- No admission fee(s) are allowed to be charged without the express written consent of the Board.
- No open flame, outside of the existing fireplace, such as incense, candles, mosquito coils, torches, oil lanterns, grills or any apparatus that requires open flame are allowed inside the Clubhouse or on its decks without the express written consent of the Board.
- Animals, birds or reptiles of any kind are prohibited inside the clubhouse facility or on its decks, with the exception of visually impaired or hearing impaired guide dogs, as defined by Federal or State of North Carolina statute(s).
- No rowdiness or fighting of any kind is allowed in or around the premises.
- Overnight parking of vehicles, trucks, cars, SUV’s, trailers or recreational vehicles of any kind is strictly prohibited in the clubhouse parking lot. Violators will be towed at the owner’s expense.
The capacity of the Skytop Farm Clubhouse is 122 persons and shall not be exceeded per NC code.
